every four years, ESVOT and VOS organise a joint meeting to promote high-quality training and scientific exchange in all areas of orthopaedics and traumatology in veterinary medicine. With our international distribution partner in Barcelona, we will be present at the WVOC.

As expected from ESVOT and WVOC, an impressive number of state-of-the-art lecturers have been booked. Joan Monllau will talk about joint injuries in humans, Martin Fischer will give his unique insights into locomotion in dogs, Michael Ross will talk about experiences with lame horses and Dror Paley will talk about the correction of body deformities in humans.

A new project for ESVOT and WVOC on Thursday evening is the “Clinical Arena”. In this session the controversial topic “The best approach to manage cranial cruciate ligament deficiency” will be discussed by a group of internationally renowned surgeons. Sparks could fly, but express everything in the name of a friendly debate! look forward to a certainly interesting congress!
